Oliver Sweet

Oliver founded an Anthropology Consulting unit 20 years ago to plug the say-do gap in research. He has reignited the importance of anthropological thinking in studying people’s actual behaviour, the importance of context when making decisions, and the role of culture in understanding why we do what we do. Oliver still directs global research making sure his knowledge and expertise is current and up to date, working across numerous sectors in Branding, Public Policy, and Service Design. 

Oliver regularly writes in marketing and research publications, and speaks at conferences about the importance of understanding consumers as real people making in-the-moment decisions.
