It would be impossible to stage an event like the Guernsey Literary Festival without the generous support of our sponsors and partners. Affiliating yourself or your company with the Festival shows that you are committed to promoting literacy and challenging and inspiring readers of all ages and of all walks of life. We believe in the power of great writing to transform our way of thinking and our lives – please join us to
show that you do, too!
There are five different ways to get involved listed below.
As a sponsor, you are enabling us through your funding to put on an event or package of events. In return you will receive a number of benefits such as extensive exposure in the media, regular online presence through social media, complimentary tickets enabling unusual and inventive entertainment for your staff or clients, and many other benefits.
If you would like to see our sponsorship document please contact our Festival Director, Claire Allen, at [email protected].
Partners generously give their time and services to support the Festival, playing a highly diverse and invaluable role from designing and maintaining websites through to insuring the Festival. If your company might be interested in helping, please contact [email protected].

The Guernsey Literary Festival could not happen without our invaluable volunteers!
If you have been a volunteer in past years, our most grateful thanks; we will be in touch to find out if you are able to help again this year. If, however, you're interested in volunteering with us for the first time please complete the form below.
We need as many volunteers as possible in order to get everything to run smoothly during the week's events. We don't want to overload anyone and will make sure everyone has time to attend plenty of events! There are all sorts of roles with which we need help, from chaperoning speakers to collecting tickets at the venues.
You will be invited to a briefing meeting in advance of the Festival as well as to our Opening Party during the Festival itself.
