Jessica Hepburn

Jessica Hepburn is an award-winning author, arts producer & adventure activist. She has become a pioneer in inspiring people to live big and bravely when life doesn’t go to plan, and championing the benefits of going on adventures to improve your physical and mental health.

She describes herself as the most unlikely athlete, but is the first woman in the world to complete ‘The Sea Street Summit Challenge’ – swim the English Channel, run a road marathon (London) and summit Mount Everest.  Nominated by Amnesty International as a ‘Woman of Suffragette Spirit’, she was also recently named as a ‘Woman to Watch’ in the January 2024 edition of Woman & Home magazine.

Her first book The Pursuit of Motherhood  (2014) became an Amazon best-seller; and her second 21 Miles (2018) an ‘Outdoor Swimming Society Book of the Year’ (both books are currently being developed for the screen by Erebus Pictures). Her new book Save Me From The Waves (out March 2024) has already been gathering accolades from authors, artists, adventurers and broadcasters. She is the former CEO of the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith and is widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading voices on fertility, family and endurance sport.
