There are plenty of inspiring writers and speakers at this year’s festival and two of them, Adam Kay, writer of This is Going to Hurt, and Matt Haig, writer of Notes on a Nervous Planet, sold out soon after tickets went on sale. However, Adam, sponsored by OSA Recruitment, has agreed to do an additional event, on Thursday 2 May at 11.30 am, tickets for which are still available on guernseyliteraryfestival.com.
