How do I pay?

You can pay by most major credit or debit cards. This payment is annual. 

When does my Membership expire?

Your membership is valid for the calendar year it was purchased so for 2018 membership it will be valid from 1st January - 31st December 2018.

How long is Priority Booking?

Priority booking opens 5 days before tickets go on sale to the general public. The dates and times will be communicated via our website and by email. You must log into your account to be able to book early.

Am I guaranteed to get the tickets that I want by becoming a Member?

Although we cannot guarantee availability of tickets, by being a Member, you will have 5 days ahead of the general public to buy your tickets. 

How many tickets can I buy?

As a Member, you can purchase up to 6 full priced tickets per event during priority booking. Separate transactions will be required if multiple events are booked during priority booking.

Once tickets go on sale to the general public, you can buy additional tickets and multiple events will be able to be booked in one transaction.

What do I receive when I join?

We will send you an automatic email, welcoming you to the scheme. You can print off your membership card once you have become a member by logging into your membership account.

I have just paid for my membership but it says it has expired
