Journalist Jenni Murray is one of BBC Radio’s best-known and respected broadcasters. She has presented Radio 4’s daily programme Women’s Hour for more than 30 years, dealing with fascinating, ground-breaking and emotional stories. She has the ability to show empathy while asking difficult questions, to mix knowledge and humour, and all with her reassuring rich voice.

Jenni will be talking about her book, A History of Britain in 21 Women, a different take on British history, dealing as it does with women who played their significant part. The Daily Telegraph review said, ‘the value she gives those presently underrated qualities, patience and fortitude will stand a lifetime’s reference.’
