Guernsey Literary Festival


Clare Balding is one of Britain's leading broadcasters, having worked on five Olympic Games, four Paralympics and three Winter Olympics, as well as presenting racing for the BBC and Channel 4. Clare's first book, My Animals and Other Family, won biography of the year at the 2012 National Book Awards. Her second book, Walking Home, was published in 2014. In 2016, Clare released her first ever children's book, The Racehorse Who Wouldn't Gallop.
